Built on hard work, driven by our people
Five years ago, Tom Kilroy founded TGK Logistics at Eurocentral with just a handful of drivers and a clear mission: to build a delivery operation where drivers aren't just numbers on a spreadsheet — they're valued team members.
Since then, TGK has grown into Amazon's largest service provider in Scotland — supporting deliveries from Carlisle to Inverness, Aberdeen to Edinburgh. There's barely a part of Scotland a TGK van hasn't touched.
From day one, Tom's commitment to supporting his drivers has shaped everything we do. He's invested in the right infrastructure, hired people who genuinely care, and created a culture where hard work is recognised and rewarded.
Today, TGK has over 200 active drivers across Glasgow serving Amazon, EVRi, and DHL — plus our own TGK Autoworks garage and an e-cargo bike operation in the city centre. But the heart of our success remains the same: we look after our people, and they deliver exceptional service to our customers.
